ProddaturConnect – Shipping Policy

1. Service Areas We currently deliver only within Proddatur town limits.
2. Delivery Timings
- Orders placed before 6 PM are eligible for same-day delivery
- Delivery slots: 8 AM to 9 PM, every day
3. Delivery Charges
- Free delivery for orders above ₹199
- ₹20 flat fee for orders below ₹199
4. Order Tracking Live order tracking is available in the app under ‘My Orders’.
5. Delays & Force Majeure In case of natural disasters, strikes, or public restrictions, delivery timelines may be affected. We will notify you in such cases.
6. Missed Deliveries If you are not available at the time of delivery, our team will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
